Welcome to Magic Lamp Dance Studio! By accessing or using our website www.magiclampdancestudio.com, registering for a class or program, or engaging with any of our services (online or in-person), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Magic Lamp Dance Studio provides belly dance classes, events, workshops, and online programs designed to support physical fitness, stress relief, and personal empowerment. We are based in Abilene, Texas.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts 
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission 
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others
   

• All classes and programs must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise noted. 
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or instructor availability. In such cases, refunds or credits will be offered. 
• No-shows or missed classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   

Refunds are available only within the timeframe and terms outlined on the class registration page or at the time of purchase. Some events or online programs may be non-refundable. Please read all details carefully before purchase.

All content on this site—including videos, choreography, logos, course materials, and graphics—is the property of Magic Lamp Dance Studio unless otherwise credited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written permission.

Our dance classes and wellness content are intended for general fitness and personal development. We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals and do not provide medical advice.

If you register for an online class or program:

• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device. 
• Sharing login access or downloadable content with others is not permitted.
   

By participating in classes or events, you consent to photographs or video recordings being used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Lamp Dance Studio is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in our services—whether in person or online.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taylor County, Texas.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
